SC-05D UNLOCKING HERE WITH DETAILED INFO

How to unlocking Samsung SC-05D (Ntt docomo ) also known as Samsung Galaxy Note1 Provide by japan.

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:

Here is two unlocking method throw.

    Micro-UART cable:
  1. Phone must be powered on.
  2. Type *#7284# and choose Modem for UART and PDA for USB options.
  3. Type *#9090# and choose UART.
  4. Reboot phone.
  5. Connect the phone to UART port.
  6. Choose correct COM port in port settings.
  7. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock or 'Read codes' to read security codes.



    Micro-USB cable:
  1. Phone must be powered on.
  2. Type *#7284# and choose Modem for USB and PDA for UART options.
  3. Type *#9090# and choose HS-USB.
  4. Reboot phone.
  5. Connect USB cable, install drivers if needed.
  6. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
  7. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock or 'Read codes' to read security codes.

Must know:-

• Battery must be 50% over charged.
• Install driver properly.
• Read code function still not working at this model.So use only press unlock bottom.
• No need to be backup any certificate file and no need to be rooted.It`s a safe method no any warranty violation.
• Dont`t forget to type *#7284# and choose Modem for USB and PDA for UART options.If you don`t do that phone was not detect by device anymore.
